Each Dayco water pump is made from 100% new cast aluminum or iron material as a single piece with no welds. Meeting TS16949 quality standards, our design includes case-hardened roller bearings that have a tough exterior but an interior that allows for flex without breaking the bearing. Each pump features an improved impeller design for enhanced performance, cast aluminum or iron material for better durability and increased longevity, as well as superior gaskets and unitized seals to prevent leaks well beyond the life of our industry-leading 125,000 mile warranty.
