Dayco offers a range of high-performance products designed to help some of today’s fastest drivers cross the finish line soon – from SFI approved balancers to specially designed belts.

Dayco 11mm Blower Belt

Dayco 11mm Blower Belt

Designed for use on Top Fuel dragsters and Funny Cars with supercharged nitromethane engines.

The Dayco 11mm blower belt is engineered with a hybrid carbon cord encapsulated in custom rubber compounds and patented low friction PTFE tooth fabric. This standard 11mm pitch, 84mm wide and 145 teeth belt was developed using real-world track data, specifically for supercharged nitromethane engines and built to withstand some of the highest dynamic loads in racing.

POWER™ Racing RPX®

POWER™ Racing RPX®

Crafted and built for racing snowmobiles used in extreme environments – such as natural or artificially-made tracks consisting of tight turns, banked corners, steep jumps and obstacles.

The Dayco POWER Racing RPX belt – the Official Belt of the CSRA for Snowcross Racing – provides maximum performance under the most extreme snowcross racing conditions. This belt features precisely pre-formed cogs that enable optimal flexibility, cooler running and extended belt life, along with high twist cords that demand intense strength under extreme tension. Not only is it the belt of choice for many professional and amateur drivers, the Dayco Racing RPX belt is also the strongest aramid belt available on the market today. Its softer specialized polymer compound allows for quicker upshifts and downshifts and the fastest hole shot, helping racers stay ahead of the competition.

Dayco 8mm Blower Belt

Dayco 8mm Blower Belt

Designed and tested specifically for use on pro modified cars and top alcohol dragsters for professional racing purposes.

The Dayco 8mm blower belt features high strength Teflon-coated teeth for cogged drive pulleys and a carbon cord construction for extreme durability and performance on the street or track. Just like its 11mm blower belt predecessor, it was specifically engineered using real-world on-track data that enables it to withstand the rigors of 4,000 horsepower top alcohol dragsters and pro-modified race cars. It comes in multiple lengths and 50mm, 75mm and 84mm widths.

Dayco Supercharger Belt

Dayco Supercharger Belt

Engineered for and has been thoroughly tested for use on late model supercharged cars like ZR1 Corvettes, Shelby Mustangs and SRT Hellcat applications.

The Dayco Performance Supercharger Belt uses aramid fiber loaded EPDM construction, combined with high stiffness PET cords for extreme durability and reduced slip under high boost conditions. Belts are available in OEM sizing for many late-model, factory supercharged vehicles. This technology was developed with and tested by top level Drag Pak competitors using roots style superchargers.

PowerBond® by Dayco Supercharger Harmonic Balancer

PowerBond® by Dayco Supercharger Harmonic Balancer

Designed for high-performance supercharged engines.

PowerBond® by Dayco supercharger harmonic balancers feature an SFI 18.1 approved design that includes twin key ways for secure crank mounting. Also designed with a six pulley bolt hole pattern and a high-pressure bonded dampening runner, it provides for maximum torque resistance. Available with overdrive and underdrive pulleys for maximum boost in supercharged applications.

PowerBond® by Dayco Race Series Harmonic Balancer

PowerBond® by Dayco Race Series Harmonic Balancer

Designed for high horsepower street and racing applications.

The race series harmonic balancers brings the advantages of bonded balancers to high revving and high horsepower street and race applications where an SFI approved balancer is required. These racing balancers have been tested beyond 21,000 RPM without failure and come in both overdrive and underdrive options. Every PowerBond® race series balancer features a precision CNC machined AISI 1045 forged steel hub bonded to an equally strong steel inertia ring and laser etched timing marks for easy timing changes. Through advanced design, our race series balancers are engineered to be very light for an all steel product. In most cases they are only marginally heavier than the original cast iron balancer, and generally lighter than other all steel balancers on the market. The steel inertia ring on the race series models is protected against forward and backward movement.
